What this website collects, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into our two forms:
- The contact form: your name, email, phone number (if you give it), the topic you choose and your message.
- The volunteer form: your name, email, phone number (if you give it), the ways you would like to help and your note.
We do not save your IP address with your message. The site uses no advertising, no tracking and no analytics, and it sets no cookies for visitors.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer you: to reply to your message, arrange a visit, match you with a volunteer role, or send you Headlights if you ask for it. We do not sell your details or give them to anyone else.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
When you send a form, the website emails your message to the JEEP office. The website also keeps a copy for staff, and deletes it after 180 days. The email stays in the JEEP inbox, like any other email you send us. Our website is hosted by DreamHost in the United States.
Other services
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a robot, sends each form. To do this, Cloudflare receives technical details from your browser. See the Turnstile privacy policy.
- PayPal handles online gifts. When you give, PayPal shares your name, email and gift amount with JEEP, so we can thank you and send a receipt. See the PayPal privacy statement.
- Links to other websites, such as Google Maps or WhatsApp, follow those websites’ own privacy rules.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to stop getting Headlights, call or text 513-307-2386 or email rabbi@jewisheducate.org.
